The quality and finish of our new SAR vehicle speaks for itself to the craftsmanship and detail of your company’s workmanship. It gave me great perspective to see the magnitude of your company’s operations first-hand when I came to pick up the vehicle. I expressed to my boss, Chief Darryl McSwain, that while you are part of a large operation servicing multiple agencies with much larger orders, I felt as if I was your only client. Thank you for the many calls and updates during the entire process. You truly are an asset to First Priority Group. I am glad that we were to establish a relationship and that I can call you a friend.
First Priority has always been a really great partner with us. Ken and his team, Alex, the CEO have been super supportive of the health system and our needs. Aside from ambulances, we have bought emergency vehicle conversions from them that have been outstanding. The First Priority service team is absolutely top notch. Curt comes out whenever we need him, and he can fix anything and ensure our emergency vehicles will be back in service in no time.
I would like to take the time to express how pleased I am with the delivery of our two new F-250 Command Vehicles converted by First Priority. I am no stranger to vehicle conversions or apparatus manufacturers. Over the course of my career, I have been involved with the building of several Class A pumpers, brush units, command vehicles, rescues and ambulances. I have had the ability to work with a wide range of manufacturers and vendors including Pierce, PL Customs, VCI Emergency Vehicles, East Coast Emergency Vehicles. Nobody has come close to providing the service that First Priority Emergency Vehicles has to our department over the past few months. Thank you!
I wanted to thank First Priority Emergency Vehicles for the wonderful job that you did in painting and refreshing our 12-year-old-20 passenger bus. The change was marvelous and all the residents that ride the bus regularly through the community all agree that it looks great.
